
Overview
The Contacts page allows vendors to manage contact information for their organization. Users can add new contacts, update or remove existing contacts, manage location associations, configure alert subscriptions, and review email delivery history.
Accessing Contacts
Log in to the Vendor Portal and select Contacts from the left-hand navigation panel.
Adding a Contact
To add a new contact:
- Click Add Contact at the top of the page.
- Complete the required contact information.
- Select Add Point of Contact to save the new contact.
Searching and Managing Contacts
Use the search field in the upper-left corner to search for a contact by name or email address.
After entering your search criteria, click the Magnifying Glass icon to display matching contacts.
To modify a contact, select the Pencil icon next to the contact's name.
From the Edit Contact page, you can:
- Update the contact's information and select Update Contact to save your changes.
- Select Remove Contact to permanently delete the contact.
Managing Contact Associations
To update the locations associated with a contact:
- Select the Pencil icon in the upper-right corner of the contact details.
- To associate additional locations, select the desired locations from the list on the left and click Add Selected.
- To remove associations, select the desired locations from the list on the right and click Remove Selected.
Managing Subscriptions
The Subscriptions section allows you to manage the alerts a contact receives.
To update subscriptions:
- Select the Plus icon in the Subscriptions section.
- Toggle the switch next to each desired location or use the top toggle to select all associated locations.
- Select Update Subscriptions to save your changes.
Email History
The Email History section displays email activity for the selected contact, including:
- Emails Received
- Bounced Emails
