Vendor Portal: Tardies

Tardies

This live dashboard displays, in real-time, every post that hasn’t yet been clocked in. 



  1. Log into your Vendor Portal. On the left side under Performance, click on the Tardies tab. At the top left is the refresh icon. It will refresh every minute to show real-time tardies. You can also click on the refresh icon to update it manually. A search bar is also at the top right of the screen to help you find a specific location. 


  1. You will see the following columns; Location, Position PIN, Branch Name, Local Time, Scheduled Time, Tardy Hours (this shows how long the position has been tardy), Current KPI (derived from the projected hour vs the actual hours worked at that location), and Contacts


  1. You can access Contacts by selecting the notebook icon if you need to reach out to the company internally by email or phone.
