Overview
The Live Map provides a real-time view of locations and post activity. The map refreshes every five minutes to provide up-to-date information on active posts, open posts, inactive locations, and locations with no service. It also includes a live incident feed displaying incidents from the past 24 hours.
Accessing the Live Map
To access the map, log into the client portal, click the Live Map option below Dashboard.
Use the map to explore locations and view additional information.
- Click and drag to move around the map.
- Use the zoom controls to zoom in or out.
- Hover over a location icon to view additional location information.
Location icons are color-coded to indicate the status:
- Green: Active Post
- Red: Open Post
- Yellow: Inactive
- Gray: No service
Filters
Use the search bar to look up locations
Optional filters include:
- District
- Division
- Region
- State
- City
- Security Provider
- Service Type
Status toggles allow you to further refine the locations displayed on the map.
Live incident Feed
The Live Incident Feed displays incidents reported within the past 24 hours and highlights newly reported incidents.
