Client Portal Report: KPI

Accessing the KPI Report

Login to the Client Portal and navigate to the Reports menu on the left-hand navigation panel.

Click the drop-down arrow next to Reports and select KPI Report.

 

Filters

Use the available filters to customize the report results:

  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Security Provider(s)
  • Tardy Threshold
  • Report Period
  • Location(s)

Users can select a specific date range using the Start Date and End Date fields or choose a predefined Report Period.

To select all locations or security providers, toggle the switch beside the search box.

After selecting the desired filters, click the Magnifying Glass icon to generate the report. Alternatively, click the Download button to export the report.

Further sort by Location Name or Performance.

 

Report Results

The KPI Report displays performance data for the selected locations and reporting period.

The report includes the following columns:

  • Position
  • Security Provider
  • Performance: Displays the overall KPI performance score for the selected location and position.
  • Total Hours: Shows the total number of hours worked during the selected reporting period.
    1. Scheduled
    2. Credited
    3. Total
    4. 24 Hours
  • Incidents: Shows the total number of incidents reported during the selected reporting period.
  • Supervisor Visits
  • Early In: Shows the number of times employees clocked in before their scheduled start time.
  • Tardies
  • Open Posts: Shows shifts or posts that were left unfilled.
  • No Clock Out
  • Early Out
  • Late Out
  • Notes: Displays any notes associated with the selected location, position, or reporting period.
