Client Portal Locations

Accessing Locations

Login to the Client Portal and navigate to the left-hand navigation panel. Click Locations to view the complete list of store locations.

Each location is displayed by status, location, followed by store address. 

 

Location Status Filters

At the top of the Locations page, users can filter locations by status selecting the following options:

  • All
  • Active
  • Open Posts
  • Inactive
  • No Service

Select any status option to display locations that match the selected criteria.

A search filter is available on the right side of the page to help locate specific stores.

 

Location Details

After locating the desired store, click the location name to view detailed information.

The Location Details page provides access to the following information:

  • Budget Report
  • KPI Report
  • Incident Report
  • Punch Reports
  • Post Information
  • Contacts
  • Field Operations Bulletin
  • Position Performance
  • Incidents
