Client Portal: Punch Report

Accessing the Punch Report

Login to the Client Portal and navigate to the Reports menu on the left-hand navigation panel.

Click the drop-down arrow next to Reports and select Punch Report.

 

Filters

Use the available filters to customize the report results:

  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Location(s)
  • Security Provider(s)

To select all locations or security providers, toggle the switch next to the search field.

After selecting the desired filters, click the Search button to generate the report or click the Download button to export the report.

 

Report Results

The Punch Report displays the selected locations name and address. Toggle between Credited and Actual Worked hours using the option in the upper-right corner of the page

The report is divided into two sections:

  1. Location Summary

Provides a summary of activity for the selected location(s), including:

  • Position
  • Total Hours
    1. Scheduled
    2. Credited
    3. Difference
  • Incidents

 

  1. Punch Details

Displays detailed punch information for each position including:

  • Date/Day
  • Service Provider
  • Position
  • Schedule
    1. Start
    2. End
  • Punch In
  • Punch Out
  • Total Hours
    1. Scheduled
    2. Credited
    3. Difference
  • GPS

If GPS tracking is enabled, the GPS column displays the approximate location of the officer at the time of clock-in.
