
- Log into your Vendor Portal and on the left side select Incident Report. From here, you can filter the incident report by Start Date, End Date, Client(s), Location(s), Position(s), or Severity. Toggle the switch in the search bar to toggle all options. Search or download the report by selecting the magnifying glass icon or download icon.
- Filter further by clicking on Past Day, Past Week, or Past Month to show incidents reported in that time frame. Toggle the switch for High Severity Only incident reports. Use the Filter Search bar by entering in key words or number (store number, date, time, etc.). The following columns will show Occurred Date/Time, Incident ID/Type, Client, Position, Location, District, Division, Region, City/State, Severity, and Cost Recovery. Select any of the arrows beside the column to filter further.
- Select any incident to view a sidebar that will show the specifics of the incident such as Location, Reported date/time, Occurred date/time, PIN, Position, Type, Severity, Security Provider, Reported VIA, Cost Recovery, and Other Details (written report).
