Client Portal Quick Start Guide
The Securitime Client Portal provides quick access to the performance of security guard vendors servicing your portfolio. This guide will provide you with basic navigation instructions of the platform and where to find frequently used functions.
Login
Navigate to the Securitime Client Portal via your organization’s Security Resource page, or the URL for your company’s organization (i.e. mycompanyportal.securitime.com)
Dashboard
The Client Portal Dashboard will provide information regarding vendor performance, reported incidents and real-
Time status of posts within your area of responsibility.
Performance Chart – Each vendor’s performance will be listed here with a baseline goal of 97%. Clicking on vendor’s ribbon will open a window below with location level detail for the sites that the vendor services.
Incident Alerts – Recent reported incidents with event details included by the guard and a clip of the audio recording (if reported via call-in).
Location Map – Real-Time pins of each serviced location which are colored based on their live status:
Green: Post is currently active with a guard that has checked-in
Red: A guard has not checked-in at the scheduled start of the post and is currently tardy
Grey: A location where a post is active but not currently scheduled
Locations Menu
To view details of each location, click the Locations button on the left navigation pane. The Location Details will
provide information on location post(s), vendor performance, and incidents for the selected period.
Reports Menu
Pre-built reports can be accessed from the Reports menu on the navigation pane. Parameters on each report allow users to filter for specific time periods and data points based on the report type. Additionally, each report can be exported for analysis outside of the Securitime platform.
Incident Report – View all incidents for selected location(s) with filters for incident report type, severity, and event dates.
KPI Report – Get detailed performance data per location including Tardies, Open Posts, Early or No Clock-Outs and Incidents.
Punch Report – All punches with scheduled vs actual hours and late clock-in or early clock-outs per post for a
specific period.
