Client Portal Reports: Punch

Punch Report

This is where you can view a detailed report for each specific location and the positions/job titles expected to work by the vendor’s employees



  1. Log into your client portal. Click on the Reports tab on the left side at the bottom. 

    Now click on Punch Report.



    2. Here are the filtering options: Location (s), Security Provider(s), Start Date, and End date           Click the drop-down arrows to filter the Location(s) and Security Provider(s) or select the orange toggleto select all. When finished filtering, select the blue magnifyingglass to search. You can also click the blue Download option next to the search option to download the report. 
 


    3. Under Punch Report it will show the Date, Location name, and Location address. Under that, it will show a quick review of the Service, Scheduled Hours, Actual Hours, Hours Difference, and number of Incidents. There is also a quick Performance Recap showing late clock-ins and early clock-outs. 


Lastly, the columns show more information such as Facility, City, State, Service Provider, Service, Date, Schedule Start, Schedule End, In, Out, Worked Hours, Scheduled Hours, Hour Difference, and GPS. The GPS will show where the store is on a map and if the officer was in the Location “bubble” when clocking in.
