Locations
After logging in to your client portal there is an option for Locations on the left side of the screen. Here, you can see the entire list of store locations that currently have work order contracts. You can also get the same information from the map on the Dashboard which is shown in a different article labeled "Client Portal Dashboard: Locations".
Each location will be viewed by the company's abbreviation and store location, followed by the address.
At the top of the page on the left, there are options All, Inactive, Tardy, and Active. You can click on any of these to show which locations are Inactive, tardy, or active. To the right of the page, you can filter to search for more specific locations. Simply click on the text box and search the wanted criteria.
When you have found the wanted location, click the location and it will show all the information for it. Some of the information includes Location Details (showing Budget Report, KPI Report, Incident Report, and Punch Reports), Job Title Information (showing Contacts and Field Operations Bulletin), Position Performance, and Incidents.
