Client Portal Report: KPI

KPI Report


KPI is the overall performance report that can be viewed for specific locations, weeks of, date range, and additionally if looking for tardy thresholds.



    1. Log into your client portal. On the left side under Reports click the drop down arrow. Select KPI Report.




    2. Select the date range with “Start Date” and “End Date” in which you would prefer to view the KPI reports or select “Report Period” instead.




    3. Next, select a “Tardy Threshold” if you are looking for specific KPI reports based on the amount of minutes late an employee is.



    4. Select one or multiple locations or you can select “All” of the locations by toggling the switch under the filter of the “Locations” drop-down.



    5. Once you have chosen the filter options to categorize the KPI’s you need to review, click the blue magnifying glass to “Search” or the download button to download the reports.



    6. From left to right you will see the following columns: Client Location & Vendor, City, State, # of Schedules, Performance (The overall KPI Performance of the location), QA Calls (Any quality assurance calls that have been performed), Tardy > 15 minutes, Tardy 15 - 30 Minutes, Tardy 30 - 40 minutes, Tardy 60 - 90 minutes, Tardy > 90, Open post, No Clock Out , Early Out < 15 minutes, Early Out 15 - 30 minutes, Early Out 30 - 60 minutes, Early Out 60 - 90 minutes, Early Out > 90 minutes, Late Out > 30 minutes, # of Incidents, # of Supervisor Visits, # of 24 Hr. Schedules, Notes (Any notes made about that specific location).
