Client Portal: Create Assignment

1. Navigate to your client portal https://clientportal.securitime.com/auth



2. Select "Assignments" then click "Create Assignment".




3. Fill in the "Requested by (First & Last Name)" and "Email" fields. Then select "Next".




4. Click the "Select Location" field. Type or scroll to the desired store number. If the desired location is not shown, you can add a new location by selecting "Add New Location" and filling out the appropriate fields.




5. Select if there is Dangerous/Environment Conditions. Then select "Next".




6. Select the Assignment Terms, Security Provider, Reason, Service Type, Assignment Position, Security Provider Rate, and Attendance Verification. Then Select "Next".



7. It will automatically assign a Pin. Make sure there is a green check mark. If you need to refresh the pin number, select the phone icon next to the text box. Then click "Next".



8. Click the "Assignment Start Date" field. Choose whether or not the assignment is ongoing or not. If not, select a Termination date.



9. Enter the Schedule start time and Schedule End time. Select whether or not it is a 24 Hr shift by clicking the check box.



10. Select the days of the week by clicking on the check boxes.




11. If the schedule differs on certain days, you can select the toggle beside that day and enter the hours. If there is a rotating week just select the "Add Week" at the bottom left and fill out the appropriate days and hours. When finished, click "Next".




12. Select the "Officer Duties" or toggle the switch to select all.




13. Continue filling out the Vehicle, Facilities, Environment, and Will a customer or guest be consuming alcohol on premises, Site Instructions (optional), and Notes (optional) boxes. When finished, click "Create Assignment" and the assignment is complete.
