Client Portal Dashboard Overview

Performance Chart

 This is where you can view the overall KPI performance of the contracted vendors.


  1. Once you have logged in, on the Dashboard you will see the Performance Chart in the middle of the screen.


  1. In the top right-hand corner of the Performance Chart, you can change the date to view the performance for a specific time period. 


  1. When viewing each vendor, you will see a Red/Green line to give you their overall performance with the percentage. If you click on one of the percentage lines for an individual vendor, it will provide performance details. From left to right you will see the following columns: Vendor, Location, Position, City, State, Projected Hrs, Act Hrs ( Actual hours worked so far based on the time frame selected to be reviewed), Tardy>30 (This will provide the number of times an employee has clocked in for the shift later than 30 minutes), Open Post, Missed Clock Out, Incidents, Percent (The percentage of the specific store location's overall KPI).




4. Here you have the option to click on Location, Tardy >30, Open Post, Missed Clock Out, and Incidents. Clicking on each option will bring up more information such as location details, punch reports, or a list of incidents. 



Incidents


The Incidents page is where you can quickly view the most recent incidents reported at various locations. On the right-hand side you will see the Incident Alerts that have been reported within the past 7 days.



  1. If you click on one of the reported incidents, it will show you the details of the incident, client details and the recording left by the employee.



Locations

On the Dashboard in the bottom right-hand corner is the “Locations” overview. Here you can see all the locations in a geographic map format.



  1. You can view the map in full screen by clicking the “Toggle Full screen View” option in the top right corner. Zoom in and out from the map by using the “+” and “-” or the scroll option on your mouse when hovering over the map. The overview on the Dashboard screen will have pinpoints showing the locations in Progress, Active, and Tardy.

    1. In Progress- The GREEN pinpoints show that a shift for the location is currently in progress and being worked.

    2. Active - The GRAY pinpoints show that a shift for the location is not currently being worked but is still active with an upcoming schedule expected to be worked.

    3. Tardy - The RED pinpoints show that an employee supposed to be worked for the specific location is late or was late.


  1. If you hover over one of the pinpoints, it will briefly give you the store number, store location, city, state, and zip code.

  1. If you click on one of the pinpoints it will give you further information on the location, such as:


  1. Location Details: This will give the store’s specific location, street address, city, state, and zip. Additionally, you will see the option to view the Budget Report, KPI Report, Incident Report, and Punch Reports. You can change the date range for further information. 


  1. Job Title Information: This part of the page will show the different positions and their schedule. You will find the Contacts and Field Operations Bulletin option below the schedule.   



  1. Position Performance: Provides performance information specific to the location during the chosen time period. This provides vital information such as actual hours worked, the number of times an employee has been tardy, missed clock-outs, and the number of incidents reported.


  1. Incidents: Any incidents that have been reported at the specific location selected during the time period chosen.
