Client Portal: Assignment Status

Assignments Status


This is a great place within the Client Portal to view the current status of all assignments in one place at one time.


        1. Once logged into the client portal, click on the drop-down arrow next to the blue calendar labeled ”Assignments” on the left-hand side. 


  1. Next, select the Assignments Status option. 


  1. You will now see a list of assignments with filtering options at the top of the screen. 


  1. You can refine the search by selecting the drop-down arrows under Location(s), Security provider(s), Position(s), Status, State, and City. If you would like to select all of a Location(s), Security provider(s), or Position(s), just toggle the orange switchnext to the search box. When finished, select the blue magnifying glassto search. 


  1. From here you can now see all of the filtered assignments along with columns of information such as Location Name, Requested By, Reason, Vendor Name, Position Start Date, Revised End Date, Total Hours, Assignment Type, and Assignment Status.


If the assignment is colored RED then it is Unacknowledged. If it is GREEN then it has been Acknowledged.
