Client Portal Reports: Incidents

Incident Report


You can view the Incident Reports page where you can see all of the incidents that have been reported based on the date range selected, locations chosen, and also the reported period.


    1. Log in to the client portal. On the left side click on the Reports drop-down arrow. Select Incident Report. 



    2. To view a report of incidents, first select the date range by using the “Start Date” and the “End Date” in which you want to view them or select the “Reported Period” option and select a time period based on previous work weeks. Select the Location(s) you want to view. You can select all locations by toggling the switch



    3. Next, select from Report Type or Severity Level

Report Type shows several options including: Details (This will show more details of specific reports.), Type Summary (This shows different incident types and how many of those incident types have been reported), and Incident counts Day, Week, Month, and Year (This shows information such as Location and Vendors along with the dates and how many incidents have been reported.) 


    4. When finished filtering,  click the blue magnifying glass to “Search” or the download button to download the reports
